Electro Mechanical Rebuilds & Retrofits

Our standard conversion utilises the existing electromagnetic clutches and gearbox. The control package is suitable for self-assembly using a simple step-by-step guide or alternatively machines can be sent to us for conversion by one of our engineers.

Work involved

Strip out existing counter & electronics.
Fit new counter (See below) & electronics package including new control board for the roller table.
Fit new DC drive board ( max .37 kw / 0.5 hp ) *
Fit new safety relay, e-stop & foot pedal with speed control
Re-wire, test + de-bug

All mechanical and electrical components used in our retrofit packages are available from RS components excluding the controllers which are kept in W.T. stock at all times.
